I highly recommend getting a consultation from PhysioFIT. I’ve been suffering from some patella knee pain for the past couple of years in my outdoor activities. I saw all kinds of medical doctors along with a knee surgeon to try and get to the root cause of what was happening with my knee pain. Highly skilled physical therapist, Like Scott Johnson, was the first one to correctly diagnose exactly what was going on with my knee joints. The treatment was unusual, the exercises were unique, but they really worked. There are all different kinds of levels of PT in the US, going to PhysioFIT, which has top shelf PT staff really made a difference in my life.

I would recommend Physiofit to anyone because the providers are knowledgable and connect with their patients. I have worked with Scott and Michael; and have had a great experience with both of them. Most recently, Michael has been working through a tricky hip injury with me. It has been an up and down process, for months. He has been incredibly supportive in seasons of frustration as my progress has fluctuated. He has been able to help me navigate challenges and get back on track each time. He is patient, compassionate, and realistic. He provides me options to keep living my life, rather than telling me that I can’t participate in an activity, so that I can understand the trade offs and make informed decisions. I look forward to going in every week to learn, grow, and progress. He is also just fun to be around. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with many injuries and worked with countless PTs over the years but Michael is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever been to! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also tailored each session to my needs in the moment AND made it fun. PT was often the highlight of my week (not sure what that says about my social life…). I went into PhysioFIT with a sprained ankle I could barely walk on and now I am back to playing soccer, basketball, and all other athletic activities at full speed with no pain.

What a great experience working with Michael and the PhysioFit team. I really appreciated how willing he was to understand and fix all my issues. Michael gave me at home exercises to help continue healing and keep me from getting hurt again while pushing me during our appointments to get stronger. I really appreciate how much Michael drives for a successful program instilling life and health changes to heal you long term. If I ever need a physical therapist or personal trainer again, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I highly recommend working with Scott. He fixed my recurring back and hip pain. He diagnosed the issues, gave me home exercises, and we quickly saw improvement. He was always available for questions between appointments, improved my weightlifting technique, and advised on future training plans. I had a great experience working with PhysioFIT. Michael made me “forget” I have hip dysplasia. It’s still there, but thanks to his guidance I don’t feel it much anymore. We’ve built up strength and found my limits. I can do most of the athletic things I like doing pain free. I’m confident I’m going to avoid hip replacement surgery for as long as possible. Now we’re working on some pretty serious strength imbalances, so heres to future injury prevention! – Plus, he’s funny.

I have been really pleased with the progress I have made working with Scott. I’m a seventy year old with advanced osteoarthritis and came in with pain and instability in both knees. I’ve been able to acquire levels of strength and improved muscle mass that I had been unable to do before and significantly reduced my pain at the same time. An added bonus was that I had a good time doing so! Can’t beat that! The office staff were personable, responsive and easy to work with and unfortunately that is not always the case these days. Thank you for getting me back in action!

Michael is a WIZARD! 20 years of low back pain is finally improving all thanks to him. I’ve seen countless PTs over the years and never had an experience like this. He nailed it on day 1 with his detailed assessment and treatment plan. Michael makes PT fun and challenging. He keeps you accountable and makes you feel empowered. I have gained so much confidence now that I’m in less pain and learning how to properly strength train. It’s been a game changer for my life and I’m beyond grateful for the care I have received. I went to Physiofit in severe nerve pain. I worked with Michael and after two sessions, he was 99% sure I had a herniated disc in my neck that was pinching the nerves running through my entire right arm. He slowly gave me exercises that could work for me and after 3-4 weeks of working together, my pain has went from a 8/9 to a 1. I’m so thankful. They weren’t in network, but they were worth it. I’m very appreciate and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience with PhysioFIT and Scott. I had been having some reoccurring hip and lower back pain, and Scott got me sorted. I had exercises to work on at home from day one, and I am now 100% pain free. He was available via email for any additional questions I had, and helped with weightlifting form, mobility, and overall body function. And a great guy! Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a group of physical therapists that will get you back to an active lifestyle this is the place for you. I worked with Scott and Tanner and they were both excellent. Scott (one of the owners) has done a great job cultivating a positive environment focused on getting you back to your best. They used actual measurements based off of scales and accelerometers to determine what was going on with my injury. No guess work. They were then able to show me the real progress we were making, which was really encouraging. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone who is looking to get back to full strength and continue to pursue an active lifestyle.

Where to begin! I injured myself lifting over a year ago training for a competition and pushed off PT because I hadn’t had great experiences. I was referred to Scott and after 4 months finally went in. I wish I had gone in sooner! I saw he and Michael and between the two of them, not only did I become pain free for the first time in a long time, they helped fine tune my lifting and help create a confidence in me that I was lacking. The time they put into helping me and made sure I understood the whys of what they were doing really helped me as well. I am lifting better now than ever and will return to competing this year! I would give more stars if possible! Thank you Scott and Michael!!!

I had a tremendous experience at PhysioFit. Tanner was a helpful, encouraging, and friendly physical therapist with a depth of knowledge and empathy. I came to PT with little hope that my condition would improve. Tanner’s guidance and expertise helped me improve my condition quicker than he and I originally thought possible. I will return if I ever need PT again. I would highly recommend PhysioFit’s services to anyone who needs encouragement, empathy, and expertise to work through a tough condition.

I am truly grateful to have found PhysioFit. I have been to many PT offices in Bend & this has been the best experience from scheduling to recovery. The entire staff was very friendly and Scott quickly diagnosed my shoulder injury. He was extremely easy to work with, always listened to my concerns & genuinely cared about my long term recovery. There was so much more to the service than the typical PT exercise routines. The most crucial part of my recovery is that I would always leave my appts feeling positive after many times feeling unsure. Also, Scott provided a wealth of beneficial strength training information that will continue to help me be more effective & less prone to injury in the gym. Again, very grateful for the excellent treatment & will for sure come back when needing any form of PT in the future.

I had a great experience over this past winter season at PhysioFIT. I felt very heard by Tanner, and really appreciated not just my custom program but the education I received along the way. Tanner really impressed me with his personal initiative to continue his own education regarding my specific sport and injuries. It was clear to me that he understood the process very well and he did a great job empowering me to understand as well. I feel now that I have the tools to continue my program on my own as I leave town for new adventures.
